1: Discovering the heart of God

Prayer meetings to discern our place in God's mission
Regular monitoring and review of worship liturgy so that remains relevant to the community
Investigate and Establish a Messy Church programme

2: Growing Disciples

Develop a system of oversight and care to members of the congregation
Envision and encourage congregation to be bold in doing God's work
Run a Christian basics course in the Autumn

3: Reaching New Generations

Continue to develop opportunities and links with the school
Run a 'come and see' Messy Church week in the Summer holidays

4: Transforming Communities

Explore ways of dividing the parish into areas of pastoral responsibility to be aware of newcomers; sick; lonely; those slipping through the net; signs of neglect.
Create a leaflet defining 'What can the church do for you?'
Instigate a 'Knock and Pray' ministry
Testimonies in Magazine and during Sunday Worship

5: Practicing Generosity

Regular giving to charities portfolio
Support Barnabas; Open Door; Christians Against Poverty; CTOD debt counselling service
